Sydney User Group
Much has evolved in EmployeeConnects product suite, and it is time to get familiar with all the changes and see what is really in the market. Most importantly, you can learn from other users by seeing and hearing first-hand what they are currently doing with our applications, and how they are achieving their particular business outcomes.

We are currently calling upon any organisations wishing to present and share their EmployeeConnect experience with other clients. Also, should you have any ideas or suggestions for the meeting or if you wish to attend do not hesitate to contact us at info@employeeconnect.com or directly through your consultant.

Focus Group

The first Focus Groups for 2008 were held with great success in both Auckland and Wellington with clients including Thames Coromandel District Council, Turners and Growers, Federated Farmers, Meat and Wool and New Zealand Lotteries in attendance.

Covering topics such as the ability to conduct basic and advanced System Configurations, Menu Management, the assigning of work flow roles and Processes and Auditing, allowed users to gain a better understanding of the System Management Module and see how they could become more self-sufficient in their usage. Insight into the impact of the various management options was also provided by EmployeeConnect Consultant, Roheeni Bhana and Robert James throughout.

The Performance Management Module was also of interest. This allowed one client in particular to gain some valuable one-on-one time with Robert James through the provision of further advice and assistance around the implementation of this module.

Overall, valuable feedback was received that will help us to continue to serve client needs effectively.

The next focus group aims to look into the various reporting options available. Please stay tuned for details.
