Amcor rolls out HRpro

The Australian packaging company Amcor has selected EmployeeConnect’s HRpro to enhance operational efficiency, agility and management of strategic HR processes.

By consolidating HR data on a single platform, Amcor will benefit from integrated processes and increased visibility. In addition to eliminating the need for paper transactions, they will also significantly reduce transaction times and bottlenecks.

HRpro will deliver incredible business benefits to end users, making the Amcor HR strategy simple to execute and the process from attract to retire, seamless. Furthermore HRpro will empower the workforce with self-service capabilities, giving managers, employees and contingent workers insight into individual attributes such as remuneration, performance and training. This visibility creates a high value ripple effect throughout the company.  Adding to the overall value, everyone in the company will be kept up to date of significant events through workflow notifications and real time management reports.

“Organisations that align workforce management with business goals recognise the value of giving HR a strategic role within the enterprise”, says Ari Kopoulos, National Sales and Marketing Manager.  “A sound HCM strategy can lead to operational savings and increased employee engagement, which ultimately strengthens the backbone of any business.”

With an integrated solution, Amcor will tightly link learning, employee performance and remuneration. The processing of this data is the key element that leads to increased engagement and worker productivity and ultimately, a higher level of customer service. At the transactional level, reducing expenses and administration whilst decreasing the amount of time and resources required to progress a new candidate to a productive stage will have a positive impact on the bottom line.

Amcor is a leading global packaging company with annual sales of approximately 7 billion USD and has around 30,000 employees in 36 countries across Australasia, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
