Overall, the experience has been highly positive. The service provided by our CS manager, especially during the implementation of the Performance management module, has been exceptional and has outweighed any frustrations caused by platform or integration issues. It is encouraging to see that ongoing improvements to the system’s functionality are being made.Considering its value for money, the system is deemed to be a good investment.
