Our Approach To Implementation...

EmployeeConnect product suite was intentionally designed to make your journey towards cloud HR  as smooth and painless as possible. To support this, we’ve developed, and are continually refining, a simple roll out plan that ensures you’re getting value from your HR system in a matter of days. We’ll partner you with one of our consultants who will translate your objectives into configuration parameters. They’ll be on hand for initial configuration and if required, they’re there to assist with data uploads such as salary, position and training history.

For our functionally rich Pro and Enterprise solutions, we have a more robust implementation methodology that has managed and well-documented phases. It is built on the PRINCE2 project management principles, and designed around your specific project requirements for improved guidance on management on all projects.

The Process...

Scoping: An in depth requirements session where we agree what forms, reports, and workflow processes will be deployed and documented in a detailed statement of work, with appropriate implementation time frames estimated.

Plan: This is the project plan where we jointly identifying the sequence of modules, events, required resources & timeframes.

Build: This stage produces the deliverable product, and is based on a signed statement of work. Within this stage any infrastructure requirements are identified and responsibilities are assigned to ensure these requirements are addressed prior to testing

Train: Administrator training is conducted during this phase either on a client by client basis or administrators can attend the Administrator training session which are held on a regular schedule.

Test: This phase includes the functional and non-functional aspects of testing, as well as user acceptance, and is based on the detailed statement of works.

Go Live: The site is made available to the end user community for login and use.

Review: This post Implementation meeting identifies whether the products have delivered the benefits as identified in the business case and any required follow up actions.
