Introducing our new brand identity and positioning

As we launch our new brand positioning, identity system and responsive website, I am excited about the renewed energy and focus this has stirred amongst our clients and our team. This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing journey, allowing us the opportunity to reflect on everything we stand for, and everything that we aspire to become.  It also represents our commitment to a new strategic and creative vision characterised by innovation, customer experience, and technical evolution.

These are foundations of the new EmployeeConnect.

Our new logo was inspired by our mission to help businesses build a smarter and more engaged workforce…building competitive advantage and strength from within. The logomark is made up of an ‘e’ and a ‘c’–a monogram of company name–with a circular point in the middle representing the core of the business. The ‘e’ and ‘c’ converge to become one and represent the synergy between employees and employers, showing guidance, focus, and an ever moving direction forward.

The circular element also reflects the infinite nature of energy, and organic strength that comes from the entire workforce working as one to maximise its business flow.  We chose blue to symbolise empathy, knowledge & innovation as the core traits supporting our commitment to continuously innovate and build competitive advantage within your workforce and ours.

All this come together in our new tagline Work. Flow. Smarter.

More importantly, the core brand and logomark are recognisable and distinctive providing a symbol for the team to be proud of and get behind.

Growth is all about continually questioning what works, what doesn’t and what needs to be improved and EmployeeConnect challenge’s itself on a daily basis. As a result, we’ve made some significant changes.

EmployeeConnect’s’ new brand identity is just one aspect of our relentless passion for being the best in class HR Technology provider…our new product suite is another. We have focused on Kiosk, Cirrus, Pro Enterprise versions reflecting increasing level of HR sophistication and value back to our clients.

We’re also expanding on the existing functionality to deliver a better overall experience. Over the next 12 months, you can expect better data visualisation, more inter-module integration, stronger communication system and recognition systems. We’re also improving the toolkit to give you even more power to craft your own HR story. There’ll  be a few surprises in the there as well.

One of our strengths is the ability to integrate with another system. In fact, we’ve often been referred to as the system of systems…that ribbon that ties all the internal systems with a single point of entry.  So we’re expanding our partner ecosystem through our API allowing us to link your favorite applications, services, and systems.

This continual evolution could not have been undertaken without the ongoing support of our clients and team. Our clients have been great supporters offering feedback on those elements that could be improved on. Our staff have provided the passion and commitment driving us to make a change.

I trust that our energy, passion and commitment to deliver true value will be felt in every element of our brand, from the way that we build software, the way that we support you, right down to the way we answer the phone.

Transforming the workplace is at the core of everything we do… only when this is done can we say we’ve achieved our mission.
